Engineering critical infrastructure for AI-scale compute
BitSink designs and manufactures the cooling and electrical systems behind AI-scale data centers, from initial thermal modeling through 24/7 field support. Since September 2026, BitSink has been a wholly owned subsidiary of AirJoule Technologies Corporation (Nasdaq: AIRJ).
Pioneered in dry coolers, built for the harshest sites on earth
BitSink started with one problem: rejecting heat outdoors in places where the air is hot, dry and full of sand. The closed-loop dry coolers we built for those sites became the foundation of everything since. We added immersion liquid cooling for the same environments, then a UL-certified panel shop so the switchgear, power distribution units and controls could be built and tested under the same roof as the thermal equipment. Today those pieces fit together as integrated modular blocks, and the sites we serve are increasingly GPU clusters rather than ASIC fleets, including mining operations converting to AI compute. BitSink was founded by Stan Dyshko, who leads the business today.
Part of AirJoule Technologies
In September 2026, BitSink became a wholly owned company of AirJoule Technologies Corporation (Nasdaq: AIRJ), a water and cooling technology platform. AirJoule Technologies is commercializing its proprietary AirJoule technology for atmospheric water generation and dehumidification through a joint venture with GE Vernova. For BitSink customers, the ownership means a Nasdaq-listed parent behind every order and warranty, capital to expand manufacturing in Chesnee, and a second technology that fits the same site. BitSink closed-loop cooling rejects heat without evaporating water; the AirJoule technology uses that same low-grade heat to produce distilled water on site, a path toward water-neutral data centers. BitSink continues to operate under its own name, with the same team, products and support.
Built and tested in our own facilities
Every dry cooler, immersion system, and switchgear lineup ships from our own UL-certified manufacturing facility in Chesnee, South Carolina — not a third-party contract manufacturer.

We're a team of thermal engineers, power electrical engineers, and manufacturing specialists solving problems that didn't exist five years ago. If you want to work on hardware that ships and gets deployed — not just simulated — we'd like to talk.
